Check out this place! The food and service were great. We had a delicious red pepper soup, a fabulous Ceasar salad, a great... chicken fettuccine main and to top it off creme brulee. Wonderful! If you're in Ottawa, and crave Italian, make sure youvisit Cyranos!!!! Read more
Good service, good food that is fairly fancy, great pizza, really nice ambiance and atmosphere. I thought our food came to the... table fast and I was really full. It was my first time coming here and never again. I went with my family and was the first to arrive. Waitress served me water... then seemed to disappear. She came back 15 min later to ask if I wanted a drink which I felt she could have asked when shepoured the water. Once we ordered our food it took an hour and a half for it to arrive, I have never waited that long anywhereelse. Waitress said the kitchen was short staffed but somehow other tables that came after us got their food sooner. Not surebut there seemed to be some kind of discrimination taking place. The waitress rarely checked in and I had to walk over to thebar to ask what was taking so long and get an apology. From other reviews made months ago seems like other guests have had asimilar experience. You would think they would have hired more kitchen staff by now to solve the issue. Food came and someplates had huge servings while others were tiny but all similar pricing which is not fair. I left still hungry and frustratedfrom waiting so long just to have a tiny portion of bland unseasoned food and a huge bill. Don?t waste your time! Read more
