The people in the drive thru are always rude . They are always make me park and I wait till they get there line out and that's... wrong. So this time I waited right at the window. They threw the food at me then left food out. The manager was trying to say Idid not order something that was missing from my bag until I showed her the receipt. However, she didn't have to be rude. Been here twice in the last week and order curbside both times. the first time i only order a coffee and waited over 15 minutes... before going inside where they told me they accidentally bumped my order off. today I only ordered an ice cream cone and thistime waited 16 minutes on it, i went inside after 10 but no one would come to the counter so i went back out and it finally cameafter 15 minutes. i only ordered ONE thing both times, both very simple things at that and waited a very excessive amount oftime. For being smaller and having less business than the joplin stores they are lot slower. Read more

We were very excited the play place opened back up, however, we have went 4-5 times now and I?m pretty sure it never gets... cleaned! The floor is so so gross! It needs a good vacuum!! As well as a wipe down on the play set! Read more
This is absolutely the slowest McDonald's in the entire world! The food is always cold by the time you get it. I have live here... for 4 years and my toddler always wants McDonald's and their machine to make iced coffee is ALWAYS "broken". Went to McDonalds lastnight, there was one car in front of me in the drive through, and one car next to me. No one behind us. I... put in my order, the guy who took my order was yelling, he repeated my order to me despite the order wasn?t on the screen. I wastold to pull to the first window, I get there and the girl looked afraid to come to the window, she finally come to the windowand told me my order wasn?t put in and told me to pull forward to the next window and order it again there and pay. I got to thenext window and was told they couldn?t take my order there either and the guy who was yelling taking my order was dancing aroundand yelling tell him to pull forward, all while the window was open. I pulled to the next window and sat for over 5 min whileother orders were given, several people were pulled to the number signs and they got their orders and the staff just keptwalking past me. This was by far the worst customer service in a fast food restaurant. I wont be going back there. They reallyneed to get some better staff. Read more
