The manager acted like he did not know how to speak. The cashier Morgan acted like she couldn't hear. And a second cashier cuz... at me. If this is how you treat your customers I do not want any part of it . I went threw the drive thru and told them I had 2orders. I have been since KFC twice the management is terrible . Ordered dark meat four thighs they took my money 3 minutes later came... back said they have no extra crispy thighs try to hustle me with original recipe I didn't come here for original recipe . Socouple days laterI gave them another chance wanted for extra crispy thighs they said they only have three two seconds later theyonly had two I told them let me have some wings they had no wings no legs. I dont really like to write negative reviews but today was by far my worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. I ordered 2 spicy... chicken combo sandwiches was told to pull into the parking lot and our order would be out in 3 minutes. Before I pulled awayfrom the window I asked for some ketchup for my fries and some napkins. So as we were waiting 2 cars that were behind usreceived their orders first. 20 minutes went by and the guy working the window brought out our food and apologized for the wait. I took our food and he walked away as I checked out bag. No napkins no ketchup and we were missing a order of fries. I startedto pull out and go back through the drivethrew but the line was wrapped around the building. My companion said they would callthem and tell them what had happened. So I took my sandwich out of its wrapper and took a bite and it was cold. No one wouldanswer the phone so reluctantly I went back through the drivethrew and the guy working the window said you need your fries? Isaid yes and my napkins and ketchup. By now our fries are cold as well because we were waiting on ketchup. My entire meal wascold so I asked for a refund and the manager was being very rude. She refused to give us our money back but then relented sayingshe would only give us a refund if we gave the food back which we gladly did. The manager gave me her name but not until shehad removed her name tag so I dont even believe she gave me her real name. I wont be going back to KFC anytime soon. If you?re going through the drive thru, make sure your order is correct. I enjoy the food but when I get back to my job/home, my... order is missing something. Very disappointed due to does this look like two sides of coleslaw huh mac n cheese was what we got. Also we spent $43 for a 16... pc with 4 lg sides and only got 8 pieces of chicken. We asked repeatedly for the guy at the window to check and make sureeverything was correct and he acted as if it was an inconvenience to do so and just stood there looking at us. We also asked forthen to replace the wings with 2 legs and 2 thighs which also was not done as well as only getting half the chicken & incorrectsides wasn't bad enough.
