The food at this location is consistently sub-par, when going here I always order plain so I know it'll be fresh. The wait is... terrible, if they do clear your order quickly, it's because you're pulled, and told to drive ahead and wait, which now seems tobe common practice. The staff is almost always rude and disrespectful, correct change and counting seem to no longer be commonpractice either. Very terrible, I feel my two stars were generous. Read more
I got harassed by a dude that works at the 2nd window early one morning over coffee creamer all caused I asked for 3 to go smh.... The day before it was some other dude & he literally drops the creamer as he's handing it to me. I seen on fb where a lady'sgrandson had a molded bun to his sandwich he ordered just recently & also served my kids raw nuggets 2-3 months before today.People fail to do their job right anymore here. Terrible. Ordered online the chicken wasn't cooked right, they double dipped the fries in oil which made them super dry. As well... as missing food from my online order. You get paid more and become less. People will quit buying fast food because of badworkers. Read more
We got so sick! The French ???? were frozen inside. Our Big Mac had so much lettuce on it, it should've come with a side of... salad dressing. We spent most of the rest of the day taking turns in the bathroom. Nelsonville McDonald's was our favorite. Not so much now. Read more
