The service was great. The staff greeted us with a smile, the pizza was excellent! Will eat there everytime I'm in town.
I have tried using my loyalty points, 3 times. On every occasion the staff and manager where disrespectful and doesnt know even... how to do the process for the customers. I will never recommend or eat from this rude, horrible establishment again! Cant evenserve their own customers decent! Shame on them! Read more

Used to have pretty decent food, so I made an order to get a few things delivered. An hour later, no word on the food. Called... them, "oh, the driver just left". Food gets here an hour and a half after we order, it's cold, the normally nice chickensandwich has been replaced with a perfectly round textured chicken patty that tastes like burnt breading and depression, thekind of garbage you'd get from a bad school lunch, for $5. The fries, which were $2 extra and didn't come with the abominationof a sandwich, are cold, flaccid, and terrible, and all around everything we ordered is just awful. I called to ask what'shappened, and they claim they're "switching to a new supplier", and that's just what everything is now. I ask if there'sanything that can be done about it, as some of these items are blatantly low quality and not at all what was expected, and theonly thing they said was "I'm sorry" before hanging up. I'm likely never going to get food here again. They used to be betterthan this, and if this is what they're going to be like moving forward, then it's not worth the price. Read more

Overall the food is great, but service is severely lacking. Out of the locations for this establishment, this is probably the... worst location. Until coming here I've never had an order be right and wrong at the same time. Read more
