Delivery took 25 minutes longer than I was told. My order was $35.55, but the driver tried to charge me over $45... saying there... is a delivery charge. My online Bill clearly states "Delivery $0.00" In the end I paid $40.05.. extra to tip the driver.. I hadthe Baked Pastas with Cheese.. 1 Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and 1 Lasagna with Meat Sauce. Both taste exactly the same. I likedthe lasagna better. It came with 'Garlic Bread'. A VERY thick slice of doughy bread with very little garlic butter on itunfortunately. It also came with what they call a 'Tossed Salad'. It's 95% green and red cabbage, with a few carrot slices andjust a hint of lettuce. NO. I will not order from here again... Thumbs down.. Read more
Crust was great, as were toppings but the cheese had a very strange texture and I suspect it was processed. Honestly never... experienced this texture on pizza and it made my mouth feel strange as it stuck to my teeth. I paid 4$ per slice and feel likethere are much better options in town for that price that are still using real cheese. Read more

Best place to have pizza, and one & only place to get broasted chicken in Nelson.
Ordered cheesy garlic fingers because we've had them many times before from other locations and it was always great. This time... was different. As you can see in the photo, the cheesy garlic fingers were lazily thrown in a pile into the box with no carefor the presentation. I figured, as long as it tastes good, the presentation isn't important, but it had a sour taste to it andleft a bad aftertaste in my mouth. The bread was also completely soft and some parts were slightly wet. I phoned the restaurantand a manager called me back a few minutes later. I explained what was wrong with the food. For the sour taste, he said it'sbecause they make fresh dough every day and typically will use today's dough for tomorrow's product, but this was today's doughand that this was the reason it tasted sour. For the presentation, he said that was how they have always packaged it. We'veordered this many times from other locations and it always comes in a neatly cut circle with a nice presentation. At no pointdid the manager nor the employee in the store ever try to apologize for this. It felt to me like they didn't really care andwere more interested in explaining why the food was bad than trying to do anything about it. They did give me a refund. Read more

Got two slices when in a rush and by far the worst pizza I've ever had. Had a slice of Hawaiian and feta tomato spinach and both... were inedible. The feta had gone rancid and the Hawaiian was weirdly creamy. I didn't have time to go back and return to thestore but I would have returned half eaten pizza it was so bad. Never been this turned off by pizza, stay away from this place. Read more
