I love them sooooo much! Staff always super kind, friendly and helpful and the owner too. Food is consistently great and they... always accommodate my dietary requirements. One of the staff went out of her way to make sure that everything on the food Iordered would be okay for me. Prices are great too and they play good music. Fast transaction, service goes beyond expectations, and the price is affordable versus competitors. Went here for brunch and I... accidentally dropped my fries, and without hesitation, Aron (a staff member or seem to be one of the owners) offered to replacethe fries even though the fault was on my part. Very friendly staff and great tasting burger BUT i never seen a place that charges for lettuce! Which i don\'t care about the... $0.5, but i wasn\'t told/asked if i want lettuce on my burger and i notice on the menu that it is an Extra add on!!!\nOnlybecause of that i give 3 stars, otherwise it would be 5*\nPoutine was delicious as well!! Went on Saturday for lunch, got a single, double and fries/poutine. It was fantastic. But even better were the prices! This is... the BEST value in Nelson. $25 for two people. The burgers were true thin patty smash burgers, toppings were fresh and thesauce/cheese/bun ratio was great. Fries are hand cut, salted with a medium thickness and were piping hot. People working therewe kind and service was fast! She said 6 minutes and it was ready as promised. Cannot recommend enough. Read more
Hands down 5 star two thumbs best burgers in the area. They are perfect and not expensive at all. Be prepared to have extra... time on your hands because they are so good they go down faster than any other burger ????.\nThe deluxe with bacon cheeseshredded lettice and grilled onions is a show stopper. I have to say these are the best burgers I\'ve ever had in British Columbia. Are they thin yes are they crunchy around the edges... most definitely. If you want to really good one get it with a double Patty or a triple Patty.\n\nThey really make the burgershine. And they\'re homemade french fries, and I mean homemade french fries we\'re out of this world!\n\nTheir homemade saucethat they put on them is fantastic.\n\nThe way they make these burgers they make them shine they don\'t cover them up with allsorts of different things. We ordered ours double pattied with caramelized onion and cheese and they\'re delicious sauce. Theywere so good we had the makeup another one for me to take home for supper that night.\nCustomer service was unbelievable. I wishthere were more places like this.
