My husband and I have eaten at the Lure four times this summer and each time it was great! The burgers, Reubens and crab salad... sandwich were all delicious. We sat on the patio and the service was very good. Katie does and outstanding job as bartender andwaitress. She always has a smile and great sense of humor. Our friends brought their dog and she was welcomed! I definitelyrecommend going for view of almost the entire lake, the food and great staff! Read more
Had a wonderful meal with my best friend, food was amazing. Took 15-20 mins to be delivered to our table like normal, amazing... food I wouldn?t have been mad if it took longer! They got a water bucket for my dog and let her sit on the porch! Amazingfriendly staff and service! Read more
Very nice place on Lake Petenwell with a beach, boat launch, restaurant and bar. It wasn't that busy when we went, just two... tables with customers and a few people at the bar. They offer ribs and chicken, shrimp, cod dinners, etc. as well as burgers. What killed it for me was the atmosphere. The help (and there was enough help) just didn't seem to be enjoying their jobs. Notmuch for smiling, not very friendly and service was slow. This place did not give a welcoming impression. What a shame forsuch a nice looking place. Would not go back again. Read more
We went this past weekend and to say the service was horrible is an understatement. Their sign reflects the service is slow and... that's ok especially with staffing etc. HOWEVER...it was barely busy at all when we went and on top of it we had to wait for ourfood (easy deep fried apps) for almost an hour and when she brought it out she forgot half our oder claiming it was still beingmade. When I asked to forget it because I didn't want to wait longer she went to the kitchen and came out with the food. Weended up going up and getting our own drinks a few times because she was standing at the register talking. Again, if it'sinsanely busy totally get it this was just 100% lack of wanting to work. Understaffed on a Saturday. Nothing ultimate about their nachos. There sign really speak to how slow they are. Staff must be... overworked in COVID times, they had not hussle. The location is great and that's about it. Read more
First time here food was awesome wiatstaff was very friendly and attentive. Love the location on lake Petenwell very nice views... and very relaxing. I had the smoked Cuban with fries my wife had Crabby Toms smoked stacker with homemade chips. Read more
It?s usually ok if you?re dining in. Service can be slow but they tell you that upfront. Their ribs and chicken are really... good, and we HAVE received great service. My last two times I?ve called for takeout have been horrific. Don?t come here forpizza, they just heat up frozen ones and they are expensive. Read more
