Don't let flags out front deter or encourage you as 'they do not represent opinion of bunkhouse' per sign on front window.... Excellent service, fair prices, generous portions, great food. Very family owned feel. Gracious accommodation made for someone(not us) who wanted early lunch (not many places do that). Highly recommend and plan on coming on our next time through. Read more
Excellent roadside find, eat here. Quite possibly the best halibut sandwich & avocado/crab salad I’ve ever had! Both of our... teenage children were satisfied & a couple of excellent gluten-free options for my wife. We learned from our super friendly &efficient server that the owner is from Mexico and includes avocado in as many dishes as possible! As noted on the sign onfront of the place, “The Bunkhouse Restaurant’s views are not represented by the flags.” When you pull up to eat here &see the flags, you’ll understand why their sign is posted. Best breakfast place we have found in the area. Came two days in a row. Honestly just wish we knew it was here sooner.

The food here is delicious! A lot of the breads are homemade and they even have great gluten free options. My wife had a salmon... sandwich on a gluten free bun and I had a seafood combo. It was all very well made, fresh, and great tasting. We grabbed ahomemade marionberry pie to go too. We highly recommend the Bunkhouse Restaurant! Read more
My wife and I have eaten here many times. We came in for breakfast on 9/11/2022. Having a great night's sleep at the Bunk House... Inn. We ordered our food, had our coffee and juice. When our food arrived, there was something missing so I asked if we couldget it fixed. She took the plate back and returned with it. Slamming it on the table as we said thank you. Return a few momentslater with the check. Then cursing in Spanish. We got up to leave after this. She blocked us from leaving, telling us she wascalling the police. Customers were shocked to see this. The other exit was locked. Other customers waiting to come in, we wereable to leave. This waitress should be fired. We didn't stay long enough to see if other customers got up and left. They werejust as shocked. Read more
