Never ate at Tom's before, we were on our way home and figured we'd grab a bite to eat for the 2.5 hr drive. The food was... horrible, the Tator tots were still frozen on inside, chicken sandwiches were under cooked and rubbery. We threw it all out andwent to Kwik Trip across the street. The food is good, it is what it is... when your order is correct. For the last two years, every single pickup or drive thru... order we've done has been wrong. Something missing, fries when you ordered a different (more expensive) side, etc etc. It'sbeyond coincidence at this point, it's poor service. Sometimes we forget to check before leaving, and regret it. Doesn't seem tomatter if it's busy or not either, very disappointing. Read more
