Don't waste your time. Understaffed and LONG wait time. Took 30 minutes to even get to order, and there were only 3 cars in... front of me. After 45 minutes, I pulled out and went to taco bell in Menasha. Ordered and got food in 5 mins. DONT WASTE YOURTIME HERE! Read more
I understand a lot of restaurants are running short staffed. But I do not believe that was the case here. Placed my order and... drove to window, waited at window for a few minutes while staff chatted with each other before being acknowledged. Then get hometo realize most of my order was messed up. Tried calling to find a solution and got attitude from staff. Stated "I understandthere are staffing shortages and lack of training due to that but that my order was far from even minimal value. Portions,quality, accuracy were all off. And my drink tasted like chemicals." To which I was told "What do you want me to do about it?It's your food". To which I replied "It's food I ordered and paid for from your restaurant" then I heard mumbling and a snappy "ok bye" and was hung up on. I understand that it's well known many restaurants have a decline on their quality... And usually Ibrush it off. But this was unacceptable on too many levels to just brush it off. Read more

Drive thru is usually quite slow - however, food is good and they pay attention to small changes to the orders. Our orders... contain the correct items. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells in the area. Read more
So I decide to do a late night run for food & not only was the cashier rude as hell but they served me lettuce with a drop of... meat + very cold food ? NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I didn?t have to give them a star at all that?s so disrespectful & unprofessionalon so many levels! Read more
This is the worst experience I have had with taco bell..... everything was messed up, items were missing the quesadillas were... missing the sauce even when we asked for extra creamy jalapeño sauce on them. There wasn't a single drop on them. When I wentto call the store to let them know, their phone line was disconnected, busy tone 3 times with automatic hang up. Poor management poor service, don't waste your time. I would rate zero if I could. Read more
