terrible. I went in for take out and half of employees weren?t even wearing a mask. ????
Had 3 people in line in front of me. Took 20 minutes to get my sub. 1 guy doing everything and 1 girl standing at the cash... register doing nothing other than standing there waiting to take money. Even though that is apparently her only job. She didn'tgive me any napkins was rude and couldn't even keep her drawer stocked with change. I got 76 cents in nickles and pennies. I had went into this subway for my lunch break with my boyfriend. We were waiting in line and he customer who was in front of me... was an older man and hard of hearing and as he was trying to listen you could tell the sandwich artist was getting mad and shekept giving him attitude and once she had gotten to me she came off as very rude. i was asking the sandwich artist for differentbread because the one she was going to give me was already split down the middle and meat would?ve fell out. And then she gotmad and threw a huge fit to the other worker about me asking for another piece of bread. She literally had continued to give meattitude the whole time I ordered and I work in the food industry so I know how it can be but customer service is supposed to beyour number one and there was no form of good customer service here. And then when my boyfriend finally said something to herabout how she needed to be nicer to her customers she began to start talking back to my boyfriend. I rate this subway 1 starsaNd will not return to this one. Needs better customer service skills and better employees. Read more
I used to love subway, its quick and mostly healthy depending on what you get. Disappointed with service from staff, not to... mention quality/quantity of food/price.. most items are reasonably priced but for the amount you get its not really worth it andevery time you order its made different depending on who is working. Half the time your hot food will still be cold if you dontask them to warm it before toasting. Read more
The owners of the subway were rude. I would travel to another store if I wanted Subway. They reprimanded and berated employees... in front of their customers and were verbally abusive. Read more
Worst subs I've ever had and we are huge fans of subway.... I always go to a different one but we went to the Wal-Mart one and... HUGE mistake... I mean where the sub I got the new rotisserie chicken with bacon and lots of onions spinach green peppers andbanana peppers..toasted well no cheese which I asked for pepper jack....I got 3 half pieces of bacon for a 12 inch and Ibasically think I paid $9 for bread!!!! Just had my other half get me a sub and the worker completely forgot a key ingredient one of the meats.. Italian BMT with salami... and pepperoni NO Ham ???? Plus he said light mayo and she completely ignored and globbed it all over must have half a containerof banana peppers enough for two more footlongs packed on one sandwich...not pleased. Read more
