Coffee is still great but service has gone way downhill. Ash (server today) hands a drink to my husband, says nothing, and... stares at him as if to say ?why are you still here??. We had two drinks in our order so they went and found it, got it, handedit to him and that was that. Rude! I?ll drive to Oshkosh or Menasha from now on- they aren?t out of stock on everything all thetime like this one is, and they have amazing service. Read more

Go here almost everyday to get a Frappuccino and chocolate crossaint. They are always amazing, the service is wonderful. My... drink got messed up a few times and they always just make another one without complaint. I get very anxious asking for them tofix it and they make me feel okay about asking. This is the only starbucks that I go too, other places have too many rude peopleand don't know how to make a drink to save their lives. So I definitely recommend this starbucks over any others in the FoxValley area. Read more

Unbelievable customer service today June 26th 2022. My daughter and I were there a week earlier and had bought one of their cups... they have for sale. Daughter had it for about a day before she accidently dropped it and broke it. We brought it back today andthey let her exchange it for a new one. Thank you guys so much Read more
