The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. As a vegan, I'm happy they customize dishes for me, my favorite is a variation... on the grilled vegetable fajita salad. The skinny margarita is also very tasty! Read more
Came in with my wife to grab a drink and place a to go order. I ordered a Jameson on the rocks. Came in a small cocktail glass.... Two ounces max. I proceeded to accidentally immediately spill the whole drink on the bar; it is ceramic tile and not level. Thebartender cleaned up the spill a bit after 10 minutes had passed. During this whole time my wife hadn?t received her glass ofwine. Anyway, I asked for another Jameson and it was again two ounces max. He charged me $16 or each $32 dollars total. I evengot charged and paid for the spilled drink, but come on. I could buy a whole bottle for those prices. The food is good but I?mnever going back. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is my wife had more patience and understanding than I do. Read more
This place used to be a 4.0. The service usually sucked, but the food used to be out of this world. The poor service dinged... what would have been a perfect rating. Though several visits over the past few months, and hoping it was a fluke, were allterrible. Many dishes void of flavor, a taco salad that was so water logged it fell apart in minutes, mole that was flavorlessand runny, even the simple bean dip tastes bland where it didn't used to. This is such a friendly restaurant with delicious food. Their prices were fair, and portions very generous. One will not walk... away hungry. I had the taco salad and it was served with Mexican rice and refried beans. Yummy lunch. The restaurant is wellkept, and is easy access off of Hwy 41. There is a ramp for wheelchairs and easy access to your table. Read more
Enchilada Rojas was tasty. The roasted red peppers took the favor meter up a notch. The Pico was full bodied and went well with... the entire plate. Add in their own blend of hot sauces and the meal scores high marks for me. Couldn't go 5 stars because we gotseated next to the bathrooms and kitchen entrance when the restaurant was almost empty. Absolutely amazing! Margaritas freshly blended and they actually had Tajin to rim my mango margarita! Best EVER! Food was... flavorful, fresh and delicious. Had the Enchiladas Toltecas and Colorado burrito. So much food I couldn't finish. Can't wait tocome back and try the rest of the menu. Our server Veronica was so great! Awesome margaritas and amazing food. As a side note, it?s one of the rare places where you can find mole sauce, and theirs?... certainly doesn?t disappoint! Service was also extremely accommodating, efficient, and friendly. They handled our large party of15+ people exceptionally well. Will return and recommend! Read more
