Ordered a large pizza and cheese bread and asked for all the crust toppers and got none. Then asked for 4 jalapeño ranches and... the girl Ashley even double checked w me that I wanted 4 and apperantly only wrote 1 on the receipt. So I called back explaininghow we would like the sauces and the gentlemen proceeded to tell me there not gonna run me just sauces. Guess what Iunfortunately use to run multiple Marcos in the area few years ago and we would do that actually. So never resolved it in anywayjust hung up. Read more
The food is good, however, I had ordered 2 pizzas. Both got here within 40 minutes. But when I opened the box I found one with a... long brown curly hair. So I called and asked for a refund or replacement. I talked to Ben, I was really nice. He soundedirritated, and said do you want a refund or replacement so I asked for replacement. I asked for replacement. He told me he wouldsend it, almost 2 hours later my boyfriend called and asked where our pizza was? Turns out he never put the pizza in the system.I?m disappointed, and expect better service next time. I didn?t call earlier because I assumed, dinner rush. We used to order here a lot even for when we would order for our pierce food days. However we stopped because the customer... service has gotten so bad it's just it's just not worth the headache. Examples if you try to order within the last 30 minutes ofclosing they'll cancel your order. So they really close at 10:30. This happens on a very regular basis or better yet if youcall to place an order they'll redirect you to the online ordering most the time cause of there specials or lack of staffing.Etc. Then they'll cancel your order after the go threw the online mess. Not to mention the online menu is in need of anoverhaul. It's not very user friendly. Pretty disappointed in our experience tonight. Our food was left out in extremely cold weather on the porch, they never said it... was delivered. When I called to let them know and asked for the shift leader. Logan picked up and I told him what happened. Hisresponse was ?Is that all?? Unreal. We have been ordering from this location for over 5 years and I cannot believe howunprofessional this interaction was. The GM Jared was out on deliveries or I would have talked to him, HOPEFULLY he?s not theone that just left our food outside. I get the world is in a serious struggle for help right now, I work in retail. That is notan excuse to be rude.
