Raw batter inside my chicken, chicken is dry and biscuits dry.
Don't waste your time going to this location. Placed an online order and went to pick it up. When I got there, I was informed... that the order would need to be cancelled because "they did not have the food for the order". Apparently they're too lazy topick up the phone and contact a customer to inform them of the issue. For the money, you're better off going to the Hardee'sthat's right next store. They actually offer a full menu and are capable of serving you food. Read more
Just went through the drive thru was gonna get the chicken sandwich meal. On the menu the prices says $9.99. I get to the window... they tell me its 11.60. I ask the guy why is it 11.60 it says 9.99 on the menu. Guys says the prices have been increasing andthey don't have time to change the prices on the menu. Well maybe that's true, but maybe they are stealing from customers.Either way they should honor the price they are telling people that is on the menu. Isn't the prices for this food already a ripoff now your possibly stealing from people on top of it? Be Cautious of this place. Read more
I've gone to the neenah KFC a couple of time's now and would like to give a big shout out to the large, good natured man that... has served me. This KFC, like most places, is short staffed. This gentleman is always there. I really don't think that thisplace opens unless he's there. This guy is a gem and I wish him good luck. Read more
Today may 8th 2022 they were super super busy ran out of chicken and didn't have change and these to men were running their... butts off. Only 2 men working. They were very apologetic. They said 16 min for more chicken and I waited less then that. Read more
I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and got cold food. After looking at it, I decided it was not in my best interest to... even try it. These are supposed to be nashville hot, one looks like it is correct but there is so much sauce on the bun I can'tpick it up. Im not sure what is on the other. Was able to get to know the staff a little which was a nice conversation. Near closing and everything was being cleaned, put... away and shutting things down. We tried a number of different menu items, waffle and chicken, extra spicy and traditional whichwere all good. Even tried the new Mt Dew which kind of tasted like peach. Read more
