I've always had good food and great customer service!
There is not one person twiddling their thumbs inside. Every single body in that building is making sure every customer receives... hot and fresh pizza! I?m the gal who trusts the store to provide me with what I?ve asked and not double check if my order iscorrect, but I did this time. As we were opening boxes, we realized there was a mixup with our order. The Pizza Hut team kindlyasked me to wait so they can prepare the correct pizza. They were also very kind enough to compensate us for the mixup. Thegentleman who helped us at the register was very apologetic and sincere. Definitely a good team they have! We stopped at this Pizza Hut on a Sunday afternoon and found parking for our 32? fifth wheel! The employee?s were very pleasant... and accommodating. We had a great meal (pasta w/marinara sauce and breadsticks). Thanks Pizza Hut in Needville! Read more

Pizza tastes ok... but they usually screw something up every time I order. Ordered online for a birthday party and scheduled for... 11:45. Pizza was very late. Update. The cheese pizza was burned. They delivered it anyway. Another update: They sent meanother burnt pizza. It's like they don't look at them before boxing it. Read more
It took three delivery attempts to provide my order. -First delivery attempt, my order was left at an unknown neighbors house.... When I called the store to find out what happened, the reply and attitude included "we delivered it, it isn't our fault if youdidn't get the order". In fact, during the call, "We delivered your order. If you did not get it, I don't know what to tell you"was actually stated during the call. -Second delivery attempt brought most of my order, excluding two 20oz sodas, and due tothe length of time that it took for my order to arrive, the dessert order was no longer hot, the chicken was significantlycooler than normal (though still warm enough-ish), and my sodas were much warmer than normal. -Third delivery attempt replacedthe dessert and provided the two missing sodas. Delivery issues occur. In the end I did end up receiving my order, even if itwasn't in a timely manner and not the same quality that is normally provided by the Needville location. I feel the staff and Iwere adversaries (not partners) in getting my order correct by being told that if I didn't get my (almost $100) order it wassolely my problem because they delivered it, even if it was to the wrong address. In the entire history of my family orderingfrom the Needville location (beginning almost since the location was opened), this is the first time I have had an orderdelivered to the wrong house. It is not the first time an order issue occurred (again, order issues happen), but it is the firsttime I have ever concluded a call with *ANY* pizza delivery company and felt like my business and satisfaction was irrelevant.
