WOW! Talk about an unknown gem! If you are traveling on I-40 between Arizona and California and are hungry, you have to stop... here! The food is excellent and the service is top-notch! We had dinner last night. Jim ordered a burger well done and fries.The burger was well cooked but not dry and tough. He was so pleased! I had liver with onions and bacon. I know, I know. Liver? Ilove it, but it\'s normally very thin and cooked to death! This was thick, tasty, and cooked properly. I was so impressed that Iasked to speak to the chef. Kyle knows what he is doing!
