Great biscuits and gravy!! Employees sometimes need a smile and better customer service but food and drink were great
My boyfriend bought some food from here yesterday evening and I found a black long hair in my hamburger meat and when I pulled... it out some of the meat came with it. I called and told them about it and then came to the place here in Nederland. Asked forthe manager and I gave her the receipt and showed her the hair and the food. I kept it to show them and she made me anotherone. Which I didn't want another one. Who's to say there isn't any hair in it. I made the comment I hope no one else gets oneand she was mumbling under her breath as she walked away and I asked the cashier what did she say and she just looked at me.What horrible business that they are running here. I only come through the drive through at Whataburger. But that being said, my food has never been cold, has always been... flavorful and the staff have always been quick and friendly. I have not been disappointed yet. I prefer here over other fastfood joints. Read more

My burger tastes like rubber, dried out and burnt. Can?t even eat it. And my husbands burger had plastic with his lettuce like... someone cut the corner off a bag and put it on his burger with the lettuce. Definitely won?t be going back. This place deserves no stars , owner/manager is stingy and apparently told his workers not to give extra ketchup . What kinda... fast food place does that , I had even asked the lady at the counter if I could pay for extra ketchup and she said ?ain?t no wayyou can pay for extra ketchup? like what the hell .
