They are always friendly when I go. A few weeks ago my son helped an older lady (80s) by keeping the door open for her as she... exited the building, then opened her car for her while she got in. When we walked into the building all the employees werestanding there smiling, telling me they watched the whole thing and he tugged on all their heart strings and gave him a freecookie of his choice. This is my go to place for frappes, and strawberry cheesecakes. I'm not a huge fan of cheesecakes but theyare the best!!! Read more
I recently re-discovered Rao's! Such a gem! Plus Monday I had an incorrect order - and the management worked with me to fix... it... it's great when a shop stands by their quality of service. If you've never been to Rao's your gonna want to check outtheir exquisite selection of cakes and other desserts - they even do custom birthday cakes! Their breakfast croissant, isamazing and has a real cheddar cheese!! The coffee beverages cannot be beat!! Seriously! If you like caramel, try the Carmellalate - and I'm sorry if you get addicted!!
