The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because some of the food dishes the temperature wasn't quite right. Not cold, but not... hot enough. Other than that, the food was very good. Lots of choices. The location was pretty cool. And the staff were veryfriendly and very helpful. The prices were reasonable, for what you get. Not a bad place to get some grub. Read more
I give this place a NEGATIVE 5 stars. This was the absolutely worse Chinese food I have ever eaten. The sesame chicken tasted... like ketchup, the sweet and sour chicken was refrigerator cold as well as many other items. The soups were so thick it was likegelatin. Visited 10-7-22 to start when we arrived the cashier made us pay before we sat down and then she sat us in a area where the... server never came to our table but she took care of everyone else in that section. We were the only people of color in therestaurant. We sat and watched as other customers came in and were not asked to pay upfront . When we bought this situation upto the manager all of a suuden she didn't understand English. They refused to refund our money and continued with the fasadeof not understanding what was going on. Very dissatisfied with food and host. The host as soon as I walked in was like you have to pay first before eating. So as I... walked away approaching this young customer he said ma?am you pay after you eat. My grandson fries, noodles, egg rolls, pizzaplus the shrimp was only 5pc left in container for customers to grab with some old dried up frog legs. When I asked the cookwhen was he going to bring a fresh batch of shrimp out he said at 2pm. I didn?t understand when I arrived at this business at11:10am and they just opened up at 11am. Found hair and flies in mine and my wife's food. Insisted that we still pay. We refused only cause we had only had one to two... bites each. Paid for the sodas and left. Customer service was trash. Don't recommend. Read more
So the food was OK. Most of it was rather bland to be honest. I love Chinese food so I can find something to enjoy at any buffet... but for my wife who is not the biggest fan it was a real problem. She might have gotten to eat about 10 bites of food. Couldn'teven taste the pepper on the salt and pepper chicken. We will not be returning. It's not horrible just not for us. Read more
