Server bent over backwards to make our dinner pleasant. Virgin Mary drink was too spicy for me. She brought a half glass of... tomato juice with ice. I diluted the drink which worked. Stopped in late July for pizza to go, waited at the bar and had a few tasty Brandy Old Fashion, friendly staff, attentive... bartenders nice place. When we got home we devoured our very delicious pizza. Highly recommend and can?t wait to go back. Keepup the great work! Read more

Saved a trip to the Dells and went here instead on a rainy Saturday. Do not go on Saturday unless you want the prime rib buffet... or get there after 7 when the rush dies down. Did not know that was happening and it is clearly incredibly popular. Had a wait15 minutes after opening which wasnt to bad. We wanted to try the pizza which was good. Had BBQ chicken pizza, pepperoni andsausage, and a sausage and pineapple. Kids meals were basic staples. Will reutrn when back at Castle Rock. We?ve been coming here a long time and were hoping the new owners have done justice to the place. They exceeded our... expectations by creating a fabulous meal with the pork shank, bone-in ribeye and scallops. We?ve had these meals twice in thelast two weeks and they were consistently delicious. Save yourself the hassle and eat here! Order the pan-fried perch or walleye. They were literally the best I have ever had and... I am the type to lean towards deep friend or baked. Find a group of 8 so you can make a reservation otherwise you might bewaiting a while. Anytime a parking lot is packed, it is because the food is good! We have been here 5 times first time we didnt like it. Both of us had the Prime rib buffet. The shrimp was not cooked correctly,... batter was uncooked on shrimp. Some of the chicken was gray,yes gray. The prime rib was not consistent. The first pieces tastednothing like the second pieces. ( for any one that has not been there the pieces are about 5 oz.).
