Wonderful time-out from a morning in the saddle. Didn't expect a nice little wide spot in the road on a beautiful day. Had a... taco salad, which was really good, and unique. It was a generous portion for the price, and had a great flavor. The only thing Iwould add would be a latin dressing to top it off. The packaged taco sauce was ok, but a chili or taco dressing would havepushed it over the top. In fact, I didn't ask, it might have been available and I just missed it. We drove passed it while traveling but put on the brakes, turned around and came back. What a great decision. Had the chicken... sandwich and fries with cheese. Then for dessert swirled cheesecake Mango icecream. The perfect place to stop, stretch yourlegs and enjoy some good, fresh eats. Loved the outside sitting area, it was a beautiful day. Read more
My sister has seen this place on the side of the highway and we finally made the stop. Was very worthwhile. Great prices and... the food hit the spot. They have more than enough options for some real food in addition to their delicious ice cream. Theydidn't have a turtle sundae on the menu but made on for me. I'd definitely go back again. Read more
We were so excited to find this place! Delicious ice cream for a great price. There is no other ice cream place nearby that we... know of, so Rocky Road is a hidden gem.
