This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. This location is always backed up and has a ton of issues. I placed an order... on the app and Curbside and Drive thru was not available. I do not mind having to go inside to pick up my order. However, Iwent to the sliding doors and it would not open. There were people inside eating and drinking (customers). I thought, no problemand I went to the side door. It was Locked. Then I went back to the front door and a sign was put out that the lobby was closedat 3:40pm. So I had to go through Drive tru. It took 45 minutes to get through there. You cannot cancel your order on the app.So I had to sit there in the heat the whole time. Food was cold when we got it. It just sucked. Last time I go there. Always enjoy a Whataburger. Staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. Only issue was that the milk shalk/ malt... machine was unusable and being cleaned during the dinner hour. That doesn't make much business sense. Read more
Been here a hundred times and keeps getting worse. Tonight waited in drive thru 40 minutes for a burger. They say they are... short staffed, but so are a lot of other fast food places and they turn out the food quickly. Update: Got home after our verylong wait and our order was wrong. First time eating here & everything about it was wonderful. The staff, food, & atmosphere. Jesus was amazing. He checked on us... several times to see if we needed any more ketchup, napkins, etc. He kept a smile on his face whether he was talking tocustomers, sweeping, cleaning trays, or anything in between. My first trip here was awful and I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and hope it was a bad night. went here twice in... the past week and it was rather decent. - food is what it is - fast food burgers and fries really - peach milkshake isokay. overall decent customer service and okay food for what it is. I usually dont brag about fast food but never having Whataburger before this was GREAT!!!! I was super hungry for lunch, and I... had the triple burger combo and I saw on the menu they had Jalapeno Ranch as a dipping sauce. As the pic shows it made the friesextra spicy! So if you've never had it I highly recommend it and get a dipping sauce for your fries!!!! Read more
Really, really good fries! And of course you can't go wrong with their delicious spicy catsup. My wife doesn't particularly... like Whataburger because she said they put too many condiments on them. So I recommended to her to get a single w/ no mustard. Voila! She said it was the best fast-food burger she ever had. Read more
