Found round plastic piece in my protein bowl. Josh Avery the manager was rude and made me feel like it was something I did... wrong. Will not be back to this place. Of course to make a formal complaint with corporate you need a store code. Of course theyhave no store code on the recipt. Poor management and customer service. Read more

Joshua is super friendly when I got my sub for lunch he has a soft soothing voice it instantly relaxed my anxiety when giving... him my order ... Not to mention it's not sloppy and everything is fresh even my cookies :) thank you for the pleasant experience Read more

Today, 8/30/22 about 5pm there was a lot of talking but not a lot of sandwich making. They would stop what they were doing to... conversate. When I thought they were finally going to get back to the sandwiches some more girls came in and they started it allup again. I just left as they could have been done with the 2 people in front of me but continued talking, laughing andgossiping. I went to El Patrones and so glad I did. I 'll go to the Mary Esther Subway next week and to El Patrones too. Lost aregular customer. Not a good idea to leave new people with no supervision. Read more

Terrible experience. Just unprofessional and the dumb rap music they were listening to while serving customer. The vegetables... looked disgusting in the containers. Most of the containers were frozen. They lettuce that was placed on my sub was like ice.Cucumbers were frozen as well. Just poor attitudes. You want customers to feel welcomed. If you hate your job then don?t bethere. Sad to see a good place go down because people don?t care. Read more

Literally always out of everything. The workers are rude and act incompetent. This time they brought out avocado that was brown.... Straight outta the fridge brown. The girl also didn?t know how to give back change from cash. The 2 other workers there didn?thelp her at all and just sat in the back being really loud. Read more

Poor customer service. I had been standing at the counter for a good while and then a customer had walked in that had placed an... online order. The first girl had to get someone from the back to come help her. In the meantime I was not acknowledged. Theyboth proceeded to make the online order. A simple " We will be with you a soon as we can" would have been just fine. Mysuggestion : acknowledge customers that walk thru the door. A warm welcome will keep us coming back Read more
