Drive through took almost 30 mintues. Meals were tiny. Two meals and two shakes over $30. My burger was maybe 2oz at best. It... looked like someone sliced a 4oz patty in half. It litteraly had knife marks on one side and was so thin you could see throughit. Never thought I would say this but I would have been better off and happier going to McDonald's. This restaurant is extremely good for a quick sit down lunch or supper and if you prefer a grab & go at the drive thru. Love the... Culver Classic double deluxe or the Culver Bacon deluxe French fries or onion rings. But the desserts ???? are absolutely a musthave. Read more
I have been to this location twice and will never go back. The service is very slow and there appears to be nobody over the age... of 18 supervising to ensure quality control and timely service. I am a WI native where Culver?s is a religion. This place doesnot live to the expectations of quality food or service. Both times I have ordered here the wait was at least 30 minutes to getmy single order. Both times I have eaten here I have had an upset stomach from the food which I don?t believe is a coincidence.I have eaten at numerous Culver?s in WI and the panhandle and this one is the worst. No napkins or cutlery in my drive through order bag. No mayo or butter was on my butter burger which was supposed to have both... on it, so it was very dry. Meat patties on my burger were cold, burnt around the edges, and hard as rocks (I ordered a singlebut was given a double). Cole slaw was warm. Shake was melted when they handed it to me. I tossed my dinner in the bin when Igot home because it didn?t taste fresh and I was afraid of getting sick from it. The fries were the only good thing that tastedhot and fresh. The food is not what it used to be at this location. I remember when the butter burgers here were so tasty! Veryslow service (probably spent over half an hour in the drive through). Paid over $30 for really gross food. This place used to beso good. There was an obvious issue with a person?s order that was in the car ahead of us, as employees kept running out andtalking to her as they pointed at the receipt looking confused and they kept bringing her more and more stuff so I?m assumingher order was wrong. I was in the mood for fish and chips so I checked Culver's menu. Just a few blocks away from me, so I gave their fish a try.... They told me up front a 15 minute wait for the kitchen. Okay, don't know why, they weren't busy at all. I paid 24 dollars for 3piece cod dinner and drink, and bought a milkshake too. The fish was terrible I threw most of it away. Soggy, and not cookedwell enough to set the batter. The fries were okay. Milkshake was mediocre, no better than McDonald's. The 1 star is for thefriendly staff. The food is waaaaay overpriced, I don't think I'll go back. If you want a 5 dollar milkshake that taste nodifferent than soft serve ice cream, this is your place, just stay away from the fish. Excellent food, excellent service, Culvers is always a good choice no matter which town its in.
So first off this is 3 rd time eating here this month. Everytime we are here we got dipping sauce with are cheese curd this time... they tried to charge us and make me out to be a liar when I told them that I?ve never been charged before for the dipping saucethe burger was hard as a rock onion rings burnt this will be the last time I eat here Read more
Friendly and courteous service. The chicken tenders were good but he burger was dry and the fries not as fresh as they usually... are at Culver's. They were extremely busy when we went and that might have been part of the reason. Read more
