I came through the drive thru. 1st of all I sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes before it was even my turn. When it was my turn... I wasn't greeted with any sort of pleasantries. After about 5 minutes, I said hello a couple of times, at which time the drivethru person said that there were only 2 people working and he'd be with me as his dining room was full. I said okay, to whichthe person said oh you're going to do this now? No clue what be was talking about. I said it was okay, all I was looking for wasto see if someone was there. It wasn't in a rude manner, but whatever. Finally another voice came over the squackbox and askedme for my order. I wanted the special that was listed on the board. here's the 2nd of all. I can't find that on my computer,you'll have to come in and order at the counter. I said excuse me? The person on the computer couldn't find it on his menu.That's a coupon thing. I said no it's listed on your menu out here. I'm looking right at it. Oh well, I can't find it, so you'llhave to come in and order at the counter. I should have left and not gone in, but because it was for someone else, I wentin. 3rd thing. I went in having to carry my child, and had to wait another 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, I placed myorder. This person was perplexed. He couldn't find it on his computer either. Well ma'am, that's a coupon thing. I looked at himwith a huh kind of look and Looked up at the menu and pointed. He said well its new. I don't even know how to do that. Can yougive me a minute while I go talk to my manager? Sure why not?!?. He came back and started pressing button on his computer andsome of the things that were coming from his mouth. No it wasn't vulgar, it had to do with him not knowing that he didn't knowthat was on here or that they sold certain things. How is that possible???? Stopped by on my way home and went on the app to get a coupon. Coupon said to use inside or at the window. Got to the window and... they told me no, I should've said it when ordering and that they wouldn't cancel the order. This was a middle aged woman withginger hair. 9-15-2022 - BIG TIME FAIL! Order a #1 w/ cheese extra onion extra mayo. Dude in the window was not focused - I could tell by his... rapid voice. I asked at the speaker, did you get the extra cheese and mayo? Yea yea yea he said. Paid and told to pull forward.No receipt. Waiting waiting - then John comes out and asked for my receipt- you didn?t give me one! Then asked what my orderwas. Repeated the order? 5-cars go around me and then here comes my bag of food - FAIL! Not my order and told him. I get a lookback like huh? Screw it, I took the two sandwiches and fries. The food even was nasty looking. Done with the Burger King - won?tbe back! Going down the road a mile to Topps burgers to give them my $10 in future. 3-25-22: tried the new small patty melt.Really good; may give the Big Mac a run for the money. Literally only person in line at drive through and Noone inside and took 15 min to get my order and the food was old amd cold.... The boy who took my order was a little on the hyped up side and get to the window and after waiting and waiting a guy and girlwho both acted as if they were coming off something handed out my food and 1 drink.. slammed the window. Food can out correctly. However service just to order and we were the only ones in line tool 15 mins. Then waited another 15 to... reciece our food. So food great service SUPER SLOW. Would not recommend stopping if your trying to get a quick bite. Read more
We stop in for lunch and went inside to eat. The employee told us that he was the only working and that the person in front of... us would be the last inside ehe would take and he would be switching to drive thru only. The problem with that is that we werein a company truck with a twelve foot service bed, racks, and posts on it. It is not something you want to take thru a tightdrive thru, even if it wasn't packed with cars. There was no way we would have gotten our food in time with how slow that linemoved. We know because we watched while eating at the Waffle House next door. But, to be clear, I don't blame the gentleman atthe counter, he was was doing the best he could on his own. Read more
