Went here while we were in town. Not in a busy area, away from other tourists and crowds. We LOVED it. Everything was to die... for. Perfect old fashions and drinks, sushi was so fresh and one of the best spicy tuna rolls I’ve ever had. Read more

I dined here while visiting a friend who moved to the DC area from Florida. Initially, we cleansed our palate s with baller... bubbles from the imported highball carbonated water machine. And then we continued that trend ordering three of The Baldwin(James, of course ;) to sip. We started with the shishito peppers. They were very savory and flavorful. We also shared the torotartare. So delicious and a great blend of taste. I then had the Chef’s Special that was filled with a variety of sushi. Ican’t name all but it included Forever Oceans™ Kanpachi (Amberjack) which is rich in Omega 3 and vitamin D. It’s humanelyocean-raised in an eco-friendly manner. Our server/management was Zach and he was highly knowledgeable (on all kinds oftopics!), friendly and welcoming (and recognized my friends from three weeks ago and asked how their children we doing. It wasa true foodie experience and I hope to return to dine and have another great convo with Zach! Read more

My friend saw this place on social media so we decided to give it a try. Physically it's an appealing space. The sushi was good.... The appetizers were ok. We had a bit of a wait for everything. Everyone got their food at different times. There could havebetter descriptions of some of the menu items. Our waiter kinda dissappeared. Fortunately, other staff members were helpful. Ithink the quality of service depends on who u get and when u go. Read more

This place is worth a try (not if you on a budget though). If you like sweet drinks, they do not have many options for happy... hour however I did find one I liked. It was called the Getaway. It was a bitter/tangy but sweet drink (can not taste thealcohol). I had two of these and I was between tipsy and drunk. It was $7 (happy hour). My plate of food (picture below) was $57(rounding the cents up). I order dragon roll, rainbow roll, California roll, salmon and tuna nigiri. For appetizer I orderedmiso soup (regular). That was like $4 (round cents up. The service was great ! The bartender was very patient with me while wetried to find a drink I would like. I would come again. The waiter knew her stuff. I wish I got their names but shout out tothem. Read more

What a really great dining experience at Zeppelin!! My friends and I decided to grab an early dinner before going to see a show... at the Kennedy Center - and we could not have been happier starting our evening off at Zeppelin!!! All the drinks available onthe happy hour menu were great. My friends and I really felt spoiled for choice with the options; and it translated well intothe great taste as well. The service was superb - and the food was really really tasty! As it was my first visit, I decided togo with some of the more popular dishes & those that were recommended by our server. These included: - Ebi Shumai ????????(shrimp dumplings) - Tako Yaki (octopus dumplings) ???????????????? - Buta Bara (pork belly) ??? - Evica Hotate ???????? (shrimpwrapped scallops) - Gyu Donburi Bowl ???????? (beef over steamed rice, topped with a fried egg) - the Sushi Special (????????)???????? Read more
