My drink was watered down so only ok. The food was tasty to include my vegan ?wings? which were fried to perfection with lemon... pepper. The noodles weren?t anything to write home about but still tasty and enjoyable and will order again if I return. thefries were good and my husband said the fish tacos and chicken tenders were fine-he isn?t real descriptive. The waiters andstaff were really friendly and helpful and the music playing in the background was great. The restaurant gave everything asports bar should give. I didn?t like how close the high tables were to the patrons standing at the bar and the floor is veryslippery which is dangerous-I watched two waiters almost fall. Yard House is always busy when I pass by it, which is one of the reasons I wanted to give it a try. I recommend making... reservations instead of walking in. The food was alright. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken, sesame shrimp noodles, andsome French fries. Bill was around $40 for those three dishes. I really didn?t like how loud the music was inside therestaurant. You wouldn?t be able to hear people sitting next to you on the same table. It was a little too much for me. Theservers were great, welcoming, and overall helpful. I had such a good time. Mitch was our server he was so nice and accommodating I was being super picky and he was very nice about... everything! The food tasted really good too. Yardhouse never disappoints! Poke nachos are always a must, and even though they're not photographed, their cheese curds were... amazing and easily shared with the table. My first time trying their truffle fries, tasty but oily to the touch. I'd still orderagain, though. I also love their varied beer selection and flight options. I had their bourbon, or honey, black pepper flavoredwings, sorry I can't remember exact name. They were sweet and not spicy at all. Although I prefer spicy wings, I thoroughlyenjoyed them. I was also thankful they didn't mind that we stayed 3 hours to watch an NFL game, we made sure to order drinksand multiple, new appetizers every quarter and our entrees at halftime. The food here was great, and they had good booths that allowed good bonding time between my family and my relatives. The poke... nachos were a pleasant surprise because I did not think those two would work together, but it did, and it tasted good! Thehand-battered chicken tenders, the cilantro lime chicken, etc. were all solid. The lobster garlic noodles I did not personallyorder, but I tasted it and really liked it, especially because they gave a generous amount of shrimp, and that would always be abig plus for me because a lot of restaurants do not do so. The whiskey glazed salmon was good, but I felt like it could haveincluded more vegetables on the side. Dessert-wise, we got the mini cheesecake brûlée, and it was not bad, but definitely wasnot a highlight. Excellent restaurant for a Howard graduation dinner celebration. The restaurant did an fantastic job of seating us with... reservations. We were served with two waitresses whom were very attentive. We got our beverages and water very quickly and wasable to order our appetizer via the Entertainment Console. Our waitress made excellent dinner recommendations and explained allof the menu options. The appetizers alone were enough for dinner, and were family style portions. By the time our main coursesarrived, everyone was full. I had the lobster pasta and it was hearty and delicious. Overall good experience, the food presentation was great, the atmosphere was nice and clean. Got jalapeños on the side of the... nachos but wasn?t warned anything else would be spicy which it def was. Too spicy for the kiddos to eat unfortunately. Wetypically get nachos at restaurants and read the description to ensure to get spicy on the side if possible. The fish was very,very greasy but it was tasty. Def worth upgrading to the truffle fries. 4/5 Read more
The food was absolutely amazing!! Our server was so sweet. The atmosphere was odd due to a specific college football game that... was on. Our high top table was very unstable but we made it work. But again, food, drinks, server were fantastic! I'll be back,sans early college football and a booth or bar and not the high top table. Read more
