If you want to be Overcharged and underserved, this is the place to go. Let me start by saying that they cramped 11 of us in one... table. I was very excited since I had seen a tiktok about it, but I should have know better when I barely saw people there. Myfamily and I wanted a place to hangout because most of them had eaten, but some of us still ordered food. My cousin orderedspring rolls and the server was upset that she didn?t order more food. We order appetizers that came out way after the food wasas tossed at our table! The server was rude and never came back to give us refills. There was a small bug on the table and Istill tried my best to overlook it. I was afraid to use the plates because I didn?t know how long they had been sitting there. The restaurant is dirty and has really outdated decor. On top of that, we wanted separate checks and the server left upset whenI asked, his response was, you pay and everyone can cash app you! I couldn?t believe it but We knew it was because the servicecharge was $45 dollars, when we asked to get separate checks another gentleman came to help because I was left trying ti breakup the bill. Once he handed the receipts, we told him that we would leave the tip on the table. He started shouting at ussaying that there is Latino people working in the front cleaning and Latino people in the back and who was going to pay them, that is when I got upset and told him that our tip would go to them and not the server. He excused the server?s bad attitude andbad service by saying that he couldn?t speak English. We were all so upset, he wouldn?t let us leave because we were refusing toleave the outrageous service charge! My cousin who only ordered spring rolls, which were $5.75, was asked to leave a $5 tip onthat ! My other cousin ordered the alcohol drink for two and was being asked to leave a $10 tip! So you could imagine how muchhe wanted the rest of us were being forced pay in service charge. We were so frustrated standing Read more

My family has fond memories of Tony Cheng's, being originally from the DC area. When I was in town, my mother and I recently... went here. The food is every bit as enjoyable and lovely as we remember. Their beef chow fun is one of my favorite foods, anywhere. This was my first time trying soup dumplings and they were amazing! This restaurant has been part of Chinatown for along time and it's really good to see they're still here, and the quality hasn't changed. Read more

Such WONDERFUL food!!! Every dish is family style which allowed us to try multiple dishes. We decided on beef and broccoli,... sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice and vegetable lo mein. Appetizers were spring rolls and crab wontons. Excellentexperience and would highly recommend. Read more

Our dinner was so great! We started with steamed meat dumplings which we all loved and then devoured our two dishes. Our... favorite between them was definitely the Mongolian chicken, that was so delicious! Our young boys liked it too, especially thedumplings! Would absolutely come here again! Read more

Came here for a late lunch/early dinner before a concert at the Capitol One arena. The decor is unimpressive and the bathrooms,... while sorta functional (1sink had no water) are nothing to note...but the food was spectacular! Had one of the best Chinesemeals I have ever had! Service was prompt and the food was served piping hot! Will definitely return again. Photos are takenafter we had eaten...I forgot LOL Read more
