Finding quality food at 11pm is no easy feat. Fact of the matter is, foodies and critics don't eat that late, and good chefs... typically don't work that late. With Bourbon Steak open well into the night, you might be tempted to think otherwise, but it'sno exception. At that time into the night, this place is more of a lounge, and that part is done exceptionally. Complimentarysnacks paired with exceptional drinks and friendly service make it a good haunt for anyone staying at Four Seasons (BourbonSteaks is located inside). Unfortunately, the kitchen is still open at 11pm. Still serving $61 steaks. Exceptional meats madeunderwhelmingly. I didn't expect better at 11pm, but then again, that's no excuse for any time whenever if there's a steak withthat price tag on the menu. Read more
