Had such a great experience. Food was good and very ascetically plated as were drinks. Server was friendly and attentive. Had an... issue with one of my tacos and not only did they rectify the situation, they overcompensated to make up for it. I will be back.Dog friendly. Read more
Came here on a date and while I did not enjoy his company, I enjoyed this spot. The food wasn't the best I've ever had but it... wasn't bad. The margaritas were perfect and the vibe was nice. We sat outside so we got to people watch. This seems like a greatcasual place to hang out before starting your night. I had their shrimp tacos with a side of rice and beans. Maybe I'm greedybut I could have eaten 5 tacos and twice as much rice and beans lol. Idk...but I definitely wanna go back and sample the rest ofthe menu. Read more

Had a nice dinner at Tequila & Mezcal. Staff was excellent and knowledgeable, suggested a tamarind mezcal cocktail that wasn't... on the menu, it was delicious. The three tacos I ordered were also filling and good. My favorite was the Campechanos and theBirria but the octopus was also good. Will look to go back and recommend when in Columbia Heights. Great place, nice quiet atmosphere, the food was really good especially the guacamole and chips. My shrimp tacos was good but... just felt plain. My best friend had the mixed fajitas and she loved it. The drinks were different but the ones I liked couldhave been stronger. The one strong drink we got was strong enough but we didn't like the taste of it. Overall would rate thisplace 9 out 10...and the customer service was on point! Read more
The shrimp tacos were great Drinks were cute but weren't strong. Server was rude, I asked for checks (party of 8) She told she's... bringing one and walked away. We then had to ask a manager to split it, our server came back with separate checks like she couldhave done originally. Then after all was paid she felt the need to say "next time say you want separate checks in the beginning" I did, she chose not.
