I haven't been to Teaism since pre pandemic. Love the food. Order the ginger lemonade too.

Unique and tasty food, quick service, nice atmosphere. They have a ton of teas too (perhaps obviously!) but haven't tried those... yet. Lots of seating inside, plus some outside as well. I got the Korean beef bento box for lunch. Both main and sides wereflavorful and portions were pretty big. Read more

What's not to love with a high quality tea selection and complimentary asian bites! Their loose tea is well priced and some of... my favorite. I've been to 2 locations and both are great. I also watched the staff handle an extremely and unnecessarily rudecustomer with respect and patience. She was badgering the staff repeatedly, including cursing at them, and complaining thattheir system of calling order numbers was disrupting her experience...totally absurd. No other customers were bothered at all bythis, and it was in line with other restaurant systems. She also berated them constantly for volume in the restaurant and leftno tip when she paid, plus threatened repeatedly to stop dining there. She was terribly disrespectful, but they handled it verywell and made sure my experience (immediately behind this terrible customer) was still positive. Will be back a lot, andpurchased 2 of their tea blends- berry and chai. Read more

My new favorite lunch spot!! Don?t be fooled by the name of the restaurant?it?s not just teas here?there?s a good variety of... food options to eat! I?ve been here three times this past month just to try a variety of their dishes and so far have not beenlet down. Highly recommend the ?bento boxes? for lunch?it?s a huge portion with your meat option and three sides. My favoritesare the Korean Beef Brisket and Panko Fried Chicken Bento Boxes! If you?re not feeling the bento box style, you can order theseas ?side dishes? which is a huge portion too. The Thai Chicken Curry is also delicious?tons of chicken meat and wellflavored. It?s a cafe style?you order at the register, wait for your food and then bring it to your table. Food comes outfairly quick! Read more

I looked at the menu on line and thought about the Turkey and Brie sandwich I was going to get the whole hour and a half it took... to get to Farragut West. It wasn't on the current menu and, through a lack of communication, I thought I was getting a Turkeyand Bacon sandwich and ended up with a Scrambled Egg sandwich with turkey bacon. It just wasn't my day. I really enjoyed theLavender Lemon Mint Tea, though. Read more

We had a really great experience at Teaism. The food was delicious, there was a lot of it, and the customer service was awesome.... I personally recommend the Thai Chicken Curry. The sauce was exquisite, and the chicken was juicy. I also recommend the cabbagebutts. The sauce used for this dish provides the perfect taste. And of course the tea, Kuding Tiasne, and ginger limeade verygood. Read more
