Terrible service today. Took an hour to confirm our order. 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips don't arrive, the other 8 items do.... We get confirmed for a redelivery, no problem. The new dasher arrives at the restaurant and texts me saying they don't have anyof that food. Sooo we couldn't have known that before ordering? Or at least when the first dasher arrived so we could makesubstitutions? How do you fill like 80% of an order and then just say nothing about the rest lol. And no it's not Doordash'sfault. It's not their job to cook the food or run the restaurant. Just an all around very annoying 3 hours. We order officelunch on Doordash every day from all different restaurants in the area and this is the most frustrating interaction we've had inawhile. Had such a smooth order last time with even more people in the office and were looking forward to today's lunch. Read more

Really good sandwiches, but they do straight up lie about their prices. Electronic menu says $9.50 for a regular sandwich,... actual price is $12.50. Read more

The person who answered the phone today was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was just trying to figure out my Uber eats order,... and I guess they felt the need to take out their bad day on me. It was unwarranted and unnecessary how they talked to me on thephone especially when I did everything I could to remain polite despite their unnecessary irritation. Read more

Inedible. I ordered two hot subs, mozzarella wedges, and two drinks. Delivery was quick. The drinks were missing. The wedges... were overcooked and cold. Both subs were cold, soggy, greasy messes. I had to wash my hands and wipe my countertop afterunwrapping them. $38 down the drain, plus fees and tip (not the courier's fault). New owners/managers have had time to settlein, and this doesn't even compare to the old Taylor Gourmet. Read more

Taylor's is back! The last time I had Taylor Gourmet was when I was traveling through DCA. I ordered the Cherry Street sub for... pickup at their Pennsylvania Avenue location. Both the location and the food is the same as I remember. The food was fresh andtasted great, and the menu remains mostly the same as it did before. I'd really like to see the Taylor Gourmet app come back.As someone who orders almost exclusively for pickup having a stamp card is really inconvenient. Looking forward to returningagain soon. I really enjoyed my sandwich, I ordered one of their seasonal sandwiches the Gaucho Marx. My husband ordered the Ben Franklin.... My problem was after asking me a few times what I wanted on the side, I still didn't get it! Even though he said okay, and hewas the manager! Also they don't have the ginger ale anymore, but it's cool because they still have the cream soda! Read more
