Ths location is quickly becomming one of my favorite coffee places on K Street, and there are more than a couple. To me the... coffee and teas at most of these chain coffee places are relatively the same. What makes the difference from my perspective isthe ambiance. The two or three other Starbucks locations on K Street haven't always been the best experiences for me, and Ithink most of it has to do with ambiance. The last location that I went to that is just a couple blocks away has the windowssituated too high, so you can't really see what is going on outside. The couple of times that I have been to this place havebeen decent and I've been able to get some work done on my computer. There were only a few Customers because it is Sunday, butnevertheless they have the music cranked up so fricken loud, that I can barely even make a phone call. I wish that theemployees would be a little bit more considerate for the few people who want to do actual work. I realize entertaining the staffis also important. Earlier today, I ordered a single medium Pikes Place coffee, and it tasted great! Read more
