The Sunday morning staff are very rude and disorganized. I waited 20 minutes for a latte and croissant and it was not busy. They... served people out of order and the woman on the ovens only utilized one until I responded to her nasty comments to anotheremployee about why I was looking at her to catch her eye. I responded that I was wondering why she was only using one oven.andthat the line was backing up. I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt that the other oven wasn?t working but she thenstarted using two ovens. I heard more nasty comments on the way out.
