This is mid. The waiting time was very long for a fast food burger. The prices seem cheap at first but then you see the serving... size for some of the items and realize why. Food didn't taste bad but not great either. You should probably only eat here if youhave no other cheap options nearby. Read more
My first time at a Shake Shack. First of all, beautiful-walkable part of DC. Second, they have kiosk ordering which is fantastic... for a first timer- you can explore the menu freely. Third, the restaurant inside was really nice, clean. Busy, but doing a greatjob. The staff was on point. Kudos to them. Last, and most importantly- the food was delicious. Simple, clean, tasty, hot, good.I had the standard SS burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a unique Mayo. It was so good. We also got a Bourbon Bacon Burgerand spicy crinkle cut fries. Only complaint was the LG fries were smaller than expected. The deliciousness, crispness of themmade up for the quantity. We went to ShakeShack recently with my family and mom. My kids have allergies, and Antoine and a co-worker were great about... making sure that the food we ordered had no allergens. When the food was brought to us, we realized that we were missing oneorder of fries. Even though they had not charged us for this, Antoine got us the fries and said it was on him! Later, as wewere leaving with my mom (in a wheelchair), Antoine held the door open for us and wished us a good day. We all felt he had donea great job, so kudos to him. We would love to go back there the next time we go downtown. Read more
It is always busy at this location. My order takes about 25 minutes. The shroom burger is good.
Solid little fast food joint. Burgers seem very legit and fries are solid. Fast food done properly.
I came two days ago and them burgers were hitting so good & the workers were so nice and patient. I just seen them other reviews... like no this is a 5 star experience I had, like how can milkshake even be melted? Yes I?m throwing shade. These workers need araise idc!!
