My first Shake Shack experience. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger. Was there pretty late when almost no one else was there.... That being said, the service was friendly and fast. Don't know why people say this place is expensive, I found the menu to berelatively cost effective for the surrounding area. Saw another review about how greasy their food was. My burger was anabsolute grease bomb and I absolutely LOVED IT! I can clearly see many Shake Shack runs in my near future. Read more

It was a busy evening with tons of uber eats drivers waiting for pickup. I ordered with the cashier who was courteous. He said... it wouldn't take long but I then waited 40 minutes while online orders got fulfilled after I ordered. My food then sat on thecounter an additional 5 minutes while I waited for fries to be cooked. I reminded the staff about my order and they apologized.Overall I understood that it was a busy night and the staff was doing their best. Was finally happy to get my order and headhome. I ordered a large vanilla milkshake 20 minutes ago and still nothing. At least 10-15 people sitting around waiting as well. It?s... hard to imagine not being able to prioritize making a milkshake over full orders of food. People behind the counter could careless. The guy giving out the food is trying hard at least.
