Roti recently made a poorly thought-out, poorly-executed change to online orders. It used to be that all sauces were served on... the side with online orders. This makes sense, because it keeps the meal from being soggy, and allows customers to choose howmuch of each sauce they would like to use. Without any notice to customers, Roti unilaterally decided that all sauces will nowgo directly in the bowl. The online ordering system offers no option for on the side, or control over how much sauce you want.Customer service tells me this was to reduce waste. They also said I should put "sauces on the side" in the pickup notes. Well,I've tried that, and it didn't work. TWICE. The second time was after I complained to customer service about the first time notworking. I don't blame this location -- pickup notes are not meant to be notes to the kitchen. I doubt Roti corporate trainedtheir kitchen staff to look for notes -- they just decided everyone will get sauces directly in the bowl and like it, noconsumer choice. I also tried waiting in the torturously slow line to have my meal made in-house, but they shot the sauces inthe bowl so freaking fast that I still got too much. I could not tell them to stop soon enough. It seems that Roti is determinedto over-dress their meals. I will not remove this one-star review until sauces on the side with online orders are restored. Ifyou want to give customers the eco-friendly choice, do what Sweetgreen did and BUILD THAT IN TO ONLINE ORDERING. Sweetgreen tooktheir time to test the process of offering mixed salads, and notified customers of the change. And my choices are alwaysrespected, because they did it right. Roti did not do it right. Unfortunately the quality has gone down, probably due to cost cutting. Their sides used to be very good like the broccoli and... carrot. Now, it?s just shredded carrot. Chicken used to be better also. I?ll still come here however, just not with the samegusto. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My food had a rotten piece of lettuce, so I politely returned it and asked for another bowl. The guy... at the cash register had such a rude and nasy demeanor and attitude, and even gave me an extremely irritated look. Unnecessary. Read more
The ingredients look great and should taste great. All in all, the food was a little too much on the bland side.
Taste good, but my Kale & Chickpea Salad and Pita Bread are missing. :(

I had roti Mediterranean food today. This is one of my favorite to eat. I love their different sauces like red sung, green sung,... hummus, garlic and tahini. This is one the good lunch for vegetarian lover. This one also comes with rice and pitas bread thatmakes dish complete. If someone like pickle then this restaurant has lots option in that.
