Popped in for the bar. Warm atmosphere and some pretty neat drinks! Would come back for the brunch as well ????

Went to brunch with a bunch of friends on a Saturday. We didn’t go very early but it wasn’t crowded until closer to... lunchtime. My table really enjoyed the bottomless beverages, and luckily not everyone had to order it (I can’t drink andwould’ve felt bad if they refused bottomless for the table, I know some restaurants make this a policy!) We had a time limitfor the drinks and got to enjoy our food in the meantime. I was on a chicken and waffles kick—it wasn’t bad! We all enjoyedwhat we ordered. Crab eggs Benedict and huevos rancheros from what I remember. Kind of pricey but decent. Our waitress was verynice and accommodating. Read more

The staff did an amazing job bringing us inside when it was too cold to sit outside. Their Java libation was definitely my jam.... I wanted my quiche to be a bigger serving. My friends chicken waffle sandwich was sweet and savory all wrapped in the perfectcrunch of the crispy chicken and waffle was not soggy, ask for a side of syrup.. although not necessary. The crab Benedict wastoo "fishy" I wish I ordered thr juevo ranchero Read more

Went here last weekend for brunch with a few law school buddies. Blown away by the French press drinks, sangrias, the chicken... and waffle sandwich and the caramel crepes. Word to the wise: start with the crepes. The waffle is so big and filling that youwill get super full. Hello leftovers? Yes please! The staff were amazing. So great that I know I’ll def be back with morepeople. It was more than brunch, it was an experience! Read more

I thought the food was pretty good. The service was average! They recommended reservations and fyi they do include 20% gratuity... in the final price. Also you can’t split checks… Do yourself a favor and get the Chicken and Waffle Sandwich! Read more

For a small restaurant to have made it to 2022 is an accomplishment in and of itself. We sat outside and enjoyed a mix of... healthy and unhealthy brunch items and have no complaints. The chicken and waffles was a healthy portion and despite the factthat they use chicken thighs it was still substantial and worth the money. Juevos Ranchero was tasty as well and surprisinglydidn't require a fork and knife or make a huge mess as the dish often does at other places. Staff was courteous.. prices weren'tany more off the charts than any other restaurant in DC. Read more

Recommended by a friend. Highly disappointed from start to end. The overall service was subpar. The Brunch did not include... things that was on the internet. The service was slow and waiter seem overwhelmed. The food was less than average. I couldstayed home and cooked better. When the bill came out it was three times more than what I order. By the time I notice they hadcharge me card. They had included the table next to us bill with ours. They voided the bill but throw the void receipt in thetrash. I request a copy of the voided bill. He could not get it for me. I requested to speak to the manager. Thar tookanother 15 minutes. Then the guy who was also waiting table came over spoke to me as the manager. Highly unlikely the manager. They offer to give a drink on the house. I want nothing from them but my $274 back. I will not visiting them again Read more
