Employees were moping up, putting the chairs up an hour beforehand. We came in and they were visibly upset. They begrudgingly... made our food. They made one sandwich wrong and when we mentioned it, he turned around, threw it away, and said the f word. Dietcoke was out...we told him. He said he couldn't fix it...but didn't take it off the bill. Added one star because the food wasdecent. Read more

First time ever going to one of these shops. Staff was so sweet and helpful. The sandwich was amazing. Tasted so good

This location has gone down over the last couple of months. Was in today and one of the managers was at the front door smoking a... cig. Came in got back on the line. Without washing her hands. Employees have there pants down off there behinds and there is nopractice of hygiene. No hand washing. No glove changing. And an overall lack of respect. The cursing that went on while I was inline is pretty embarrassing. As a DC native, I am embarrassed. It is evident that no-one is checking on this location, if youwere it would not be like this. I came in for an online order and there were two people who saw me come in yet did not say hi or ask how I can be assisted. I... waited for 5 whole minutes in front of them while they ignored me. Although i am completely fine with it as I was waiting for myonline order, i wonder how i would have felt if i came in to eat in person. It took them more than 5 minutes to say how can ihelp you all because i was looking at them waiting to ask and i was standing right in front of them. When i let them know aboutmy online order, they then realized that they had an online order and started working on it. Better customer service could havebeen possible. It?s such a beautiful and cosy place too for a cold Saturday and it?s a shame that the customer service ruinedthat feeling. Additionally, when another man came in, they assisted him in 30 seconds as soon as they saw him and were verypolite and helpful. Even started ?closing? and putting chairs up in front of us at 5 pm when it closes at 6pm and there arestill other customers in the shop. Gets worse by the minute. After letting them know before i had an online order, they stilldid not pay attention and came again to ask how they can help me. Please note customers that came in late already got their workorders. We had lunch at this place. There was a problem with payment. Manager Anthony Kirkpatrick said payment didn?t come through and ... amount was wrong. I had to make creditcard payment again. However 2 payments were taken from credit card. I went back torestaurant 3 times. They promised to refund. Now I am back home in Europe and still no refund. And no reaction to my emails. Very disappointing. Read more

5 stars for sure!!! Here from Louisiana doing missions, stopped in, I got the pizza sub and it was amazing!!! Fresh fresh... fresh!!! The customer service was really really good too, I would recommend this place to everybody visiting or living in DC Read more

I literally love this place! I'm from Louisiana and this is the first place I have stopped to eat and was completely satisfied!... The customer service was excellent and the sandwich was incredible! I'm impressed and will suggest this place to anyone andeveryone! Read more

The sandwiches were great. However, 2 different locations told us they were not serving shakes. The first one said the shake... machine quit working. The second location said they were not serving shakes today. Since they are advertising shakes andmalts, they should be serving them. Especially, when they are open for at least two more hours. Read more
