My first time at this restaurant, and I wanted to order the new promotion sandwich, and I had trouble remembering the name, of... the sandwich, the girl who was taking my order was very rude, and she wasn't kind when I placed my order. very bad experience. the menu does not help, they should have a menu with photos of the sandwiches, horrible costumer service, manager should dosomething. Not a good place to eat. Food was not very tasty. Cheap roast beef. Pizza melt wasn't good either. Eat somewhere else. ... $30.00. food was cold. No. Go somewhere else to eat. I would have rather had McDonalds. Read more
First time in DC and we parked near here and were going to tour the mall so we grabbed an early lunch. Employees were friendly... and helpful with any questions I had about the menu (first time eating here). I ordered the Original Chicken Club. The galworking suggested Ranch instead of mayo and I'm so glad she did. Incredible sandwich! Read more
Giving one star, as google doesn't have negative rating. Unprofessional and untrained staff. While making sandwich they were... eating McDonald. In spite of good location they have no customers and zero customer facing attitude. Pls read all the commentswith 1 star, as that is the reality. Staff was aggressively rude and inexplicably impatient for a non-busy sandwich shop. Expected me to be well versed in their... ordering system and didn?t prompt with the typical sandwich-ordering questions, so the sandwiches were dry and bland.
