Good customer service. The sandwich was so yummy. Not too expensive-I guess. Only complaint is the employees were talking loud... enough for us to hear and we sitting kinda in the back by the restroom. They were talking about some of everything withprofanity and all. That could be a turn off for some customers. But in dealing with the customers the interactions were goodcustomer service. Read more
Went to the Pot Belly on 14 street and there?s an All Black staff. I was the only black person in line. They screwed up my... order and didn?t even acknowledge me. Everyone else was helped out but me. I walked out. Read more
Lunch service was great. They kept it efficient like a factory process and people moved in and out quickly. Got the Original on... white with roast beef and provolone toasted and it was excellent as always. Read more
