Not sure if my review was posted But the employees look at you and ignore you when they walk in. You wait for a long time and... when they finally see you staring at them, they decide to ask ?can i help you?. I told them I?m waiting for my online order andthey then realize that they have one. Mind you there are only 2 customers sitting and eating there. After 10 minutes of waiting,they ask me the same question and i let them know that i just told them that i ordered online after which they realize that theyforgot. Before that a man came in and they took his order in less than one minute and quickly gave it to him while we were therewaiting for our simple ready made mac and cheese which took the person10 seconds to put in a cup when we waited 15 minutes forthis. Was not sure if it was because we were women and the other person was a man which is why they assisted him quickly even ifwe were there before. Very disrespectful and would not recommend going there. Recommend the owner to view cameras at 5pm onSaturday to see how much time we waited and how we were disrespected. Starbucks is also next door so would definitely recommendstarbucks as we also went there the other day and I experience the best customer service and the worst in one day. Read more
Sandwiches were okay. Waitstaff was terrible. Terrible attitudes all around. Girl ringing us out literally did it with her mouth... full of food. Wouldn?t recommend this location. $34 for 2 sandwiches, 2 waters, and 2 chips. Read more
The most disrespectful & annoying pot belly personal working at this shop. She was on her phone & gave her moment? She stood... back there literally stare at me said ?Can I help you?? I?m not a homeless person asking for leftovers. This is embarrassing! Read more
Like a lot of eateries, they need more staff at this place. The 2 people working were nice but you could tell they were stressed... out. The sandwiches have just enough meats and condiments to satisfy without feeling like you got ripped off. There are otheritems on the menu besides sandwiches; they offer soup, salads, milkshakes, chili and a children's menu. The seating is limited,so going before or after lunch would be wise. Good warm, toasted sandwiches! I don't like that you have to customize them yourself (just give me how it's on the menu), and... the staff was hard to understand, making the process even harder. Also, the location was wrong: it's actually on 11th St. Read more
Went here for lunch today, I always order the Italian with bacon no cheese, even though the menu says with it. First no one had... on mask except the lady that was cooking but she did not have it on properly (not covered the nose) the other young lady thatfixed my sandwich wrong did not have a mask on at all, the lady behind the register walked and talked while people food wasbeing prepared and they fixed cookies while talking over them before they put it in the oven. This location is a hot spot fortourist so I expected more professional and clean. Read more
The server was obnoxious. I tried to order a smoothie and this woman started complaining about the store closing in 10 minutes... and how she has to catch her bus. Then she tried to make me feel stupid for trying to order a smoothie. I ordered a turkey baconsub with advocado. She charged me for the advacado yet she didn't put it on the sandwich. The sabdwhich looked nasty and themeat was hanging off the sub. Read more
