I recently visited 11/23 around 3pm and my son left his tablet. I called throughout that night and finally someone answered. The... lady said she'd hold it for us for pick up. I've been calling every other day to let them know when I'll be able to pick it upsince I've been out the country. Their phone lines are always busy and when they do pick up they hang up. If I come theretomorrow and my child's item isn't there, please be prepared for legal actions. Hope you get the message now. Read more
(07/05/22) I don't know if I should feel bad for the workers here or not, but this location is basically a run down "ghetto"... McDonald's with hardly any workers during peak lunch times. You just see 1 person on the cash register and 1 cook in the backmajority of the time. I've been to this location 2 times during lunch and the customer service is not even average rate. Saw themanager one time and they just looked around to check what they had in stock, when clearly there was a very long line ofcustomers waiting to order. 1 person was at the register and the manager didn't pay any mind to the long line. 3 customers leftthe line to go somewhere else. Yes, it took that long and it is THAT bad. Case in point: if you're in a rush to get somePopeyes, then don't come here. If you just want the food and don't mind the possibility of a 20 minute wait for a simple mealorder, then you will be okay... If you can withstand the trifling community of customers that come here. Food is good as usual,it's just that the customer service is horrible at best. I believe it's the management side that's very very poor and eitherit's lack of workers or they're just plain lazy. My food was suppose to be ready at 6.05 pm and I walk in at 6.15 and the short skinny Spanish female tells me it's not ready and... my food been there on the shelf and want to pretend I got my food fresh I swear I am Spanish and the lady is too but she need tobe fired or put on dishwashing Read more
The service was great the employees were very kind and hard-working. The food was awesome I dined in real quick and had their... two-piece dark meat fried chicken and biscuit with coleslaw and a large Coke. Everything was great. Read more
This Popeyes's is ghetto. When i went in, a group of teens waa drinking directly out of the soda machine with no cups Then a... woman came in with her own bottle & filled it with iced tea. The employees did nothing to stop them. Plus ot is a very run downstore. They need to hire security. Read more
Giving this Popeyes a 1 star for the reason that they closed before the time they have online. They should update their hours... because people like my family and I counted on buying something for late dinner. we drove 25 minutes to get to Popeyes and itwas 10:20 pm when we arrived. And we found Popeyes closed. We feel sad and disappointed. I hope that they can fix their scheduleso that people don't arrive and find a surprise like us. Read more
Horrible. I went to this Popeyes today(4/12/22) and was really disappointed. I LOVE Popeyes but this location was DIRTY! Why is... a restaurant DIRTY period, let alone during a pandemic. No one was spraying and wiping down table & chairs, checking trash,moping water up off the floor. I ordered Blackened Chicken Strips(that were note fully cooked), Red Rice & Beans(very watery)but the biscuit and Strawberry soda was good. The woman behind the counter gave me two Barbecue sauces, I didn't ask for that, Iwanted Blackened Sauce but she never asked. I will stay with the Popeyes on 14th St NW. Read more
The vibe/atmosphere might not be great, but the food and service have yet to disappoint. And that's what really matters.
