I recently visited 11/23 around 3pm and my son left his tablet. I called throughout that night and finally someone answered. The... lady said she'd hold it for us for pick up. I've been calling every other day to let them know when I'll be able to pick it upsince I've been out the country. Their phone lines are always busy and when they do pick up they hang up. If I come theretomorrow and my child's item isn't there, please be prepared for legal actions. Hope you get the message now. Read more
(07/05/22) I don't know if I should feel bad for the workers here or not, but this location is basically a run down "ghetto"... McDonald's with hardly any workers during peak lunch times. You just see 1 person on the cash register and 1 cook in the backmajority of the time. I've been to this location 2 times during lunch and the customer service is not even average rate. Saw themanager one time and they just looked around to check what they had in stock, when clearly there was a very long line ofcustomers waiting to order. 1 person was at the register and the manager didn't pay any mind to the long line. 3 customers leftthe line to go somewhere else. Yes, it took that long and it is THAT bad. Case in point: if you're in a rush to get somePopeyes, then don't come here. If you just want the food and don't mind the possibility of a 20 minute wait for a simple mealorder, then you will be okay... If you can withstand the trifling community of customers that come here. Food is good as usual,it's just that the customer service is horrible at best. I believe it's the management side that's very very poor and eitherit's lack of workers or they're just plain lazy.
