The pizza is fine. The people are idiocracy. I ordered on the Papa John's app and it said 30-40 minutes. Over 1hr 20 still... waiting. Try to call the store 5 times and it auto-disconnects. Got an operator eventually and she had no record of my order. Finally got the store and they had no idea what was going on but just assured me my pizza would get there eventually. Stillwaiting. I have ordered 5 separate times from this location in the last month. Three times the order was marked delivered, but never... showed up. I received no notice about it or calls. I?ll try to call them and the store leaves me on hold until they eventuallyhang up on me. One time I just straight of received the wrong order. Another time the store had my order for over an hour and ahalf just to cancel it right before the close. I finally called today to complain to a manager, and he blamed me for all themishaps when it?s clearly their employees???? Horrible customer service, super unreliable, and just generally incompetent. Idon?t understand why they don?t shut this location down. Clearly, no one is interested in doing their job here. I give up onthis place. I wish I lived next to a different location. Read more
Delivery had paid items missing and the pizza arrived cold, 60 min after ordering. When I called to rectify the situation, the... staff member said ?I don?t know what to say about a cold pizza.? That was it. No service otherwise with respect to the pizza. Read more
Last Saturday my hungry family had an Issue with the delivery from the 3rd party group, but the gentleman on the phone at Papa... John?s was more than helpful, understanding, and accommodating? The real Papa John?s delivery driver then came and ensured ourfood was hot fresh and received with plates and fixens. I thank the entire staff for handling all of the things in their controland fixing all of the things that were beyond their control. It took three calls and over two hours for them to deliver a pizza within a mile of the store. Pizza was only decent quality.
Great pizza!!!! I was disappointed to see they serve the little frozen wings for $11 they should serve decent size wings and a... decent Buffalo sauce it tasted like a spicy bbq sauce for $43 dollars I just expected a lot better. Read more
They'll be late, promise that the pizza is just a minute away, not fulfill the promise, and then not offer any customer service... about the issue. The worker on the phone didn't sound remotely remorse about my cancelling of the order. I wouldn't bother withordering from a business that doesn't care about its profits. Avoid this place. Read more
Food arrived a hot mess!! Sauce was drizzled on my chicken poppers and no sauce and purchased additional! Plus the pizza wasn?t... cut throughly ! Some small slices other big and the garlic sauce was SMOOSHED into pizza! Manager had attitude when I explainedgrievances! Read more
