They require masks inside and we could not get in, and there are no near food places to walk to.
The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel... with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The managergave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. Didn?t get food here but would be a little worried about getting food poisoning, because their water from the soda fountain... smells ROTTEN. I think they need to change the filter because it legitimately smells like rancid mold. I would avoid ice or anyof the drinks. Read more
Relatively fast and super friendly service, the shop is also very clean. Because of its popularity it does run out of... ingredients quite soon, making some salads and sandwiches unavailable. Read more
The food is good but my order has been marked as ready before it was actually ready multiple times. I've also had issues with... ordering from the touchscreens where it says I placed an order but it doesn't go through to the Preparing/Ready screen. Read more
