I got a "you pick 2". I got 1/2 tuna sandwich and a broccoli and Cheddar soup. The sandwich was good BUT the soup was very... watery as if they were trying to make a small amount stretch. I was very disappointed with it so I ate my sandwich and left thesoup. Read more
Typical Panera but service can be iffy.
Forgot my baguette and it?s in a building named after Reagan so check your bag to make sure you got the whole order.
Went there with some international tourists. We took a while to order. The person taking the order was very patient. Ultimately... there was a problem with the order that they caught. They apologized, gave us the first incorrect order on the house. Themanager was professional. I would go back in a second the next time we are in DC. There is an indoor food court that was nice toeat in when it was 100 degrees too. Read more
One of my favorite restaurants. I am in love with their Mac N' Cheese and Greek Quinoa Salad.
Elba is mean and unprofessional, the order took forever and I think she was in charge I ask her for my meal and he yelled at me,... was very angry and it seems that she?s stressed out all the time. I love panera but they should train better their employees tobe more friendly. Read more
I go to this location several times a week. Today I went for my morning coffee. I go most days during the week. Last few... visits, II wa told I had a free cookie so I figure I would get it during this visit. At the register I was told that everycookie EXCEPT the one I got applied. I had already bagged it and the cashier is telling me I have to get another cookie. I'mlike really? And he's like yeah. They should tell people about restrictions when they tell you about the offer. And since I hadalready gotten the cookie, the cashier should have just let me keep it. What? Are they going to put it back? It probably justget trashed. So what was accomplished really. I should have spoken to someine else there. BTW it was the Kitchen Sink cookie.This was only bad experience, they're usually pretty good there. Read more
