I took clients to this establishment for a special dinner, spent over $6k. Unfortunately, they kept my deposit ($1,200) and... charged me for the entire dinner. It’s been over a month and they have yet to refund me. May have to seek legal action to getmy money back. Food was good, not great. We arrived at 3pm, when Morton's was nearly empty and had a long wait due to a distracted waiter, who was walking back and... forth from various tables and had to be summoned over to take our order. The waiter never returned after our food was deliveredto check the quality and when the manager saw we were finished eating, she came and asked how everything was. We informed herthat one of the entrees was cold when received, we ordered 4 sides and only received 2, and we ordered kid's cheeseburgers thatdid not have cheese. Although she replaced the cold entree, took the hamburgers back to the kitchen to have the cheese addedand credited our bill for the sides not received, Morton's charges too much money, not to provide excellent service and food. To top it all off, we were seated near the balcony where smoking was allowed! We were very shocked and displeased, because thesmoke smell interrupted our comfort and ruined our Mother's Day dinner. Always a very good experience with steaks grilled perfection and a great service. A special note for the Cajun ribeye as usual
I really liked the restaurant and its vibe. The service was great and fast. Our waitress, she was amazing. Drinks were tasty and... interesting. We didn’t like the Brussel sprout at all so we didn’t touch it, and we didn’t say anything. However ourwaitress realized it and she was kind enough to suggest and change it for us. We got the caesar salad instead which wasamazing!! For main course we ordered the dry aged bon in steak 18 oz to share. it was really tasty and good. However part of mysteak was burnt ( we ordered medium, which was really good medium) but not sure why part of was burnt! Also since we wanted toshare they cut it for us in advance and put their full butter on Top for each of us which was too much butter for half steak. Atthe end i wish it wasn’t burnt on outside (part of it) and i wish was less buttery. Still tasty though. Not to mention thelava cake was good too. Note 1. I didn’t know my plate is too hot so I touched it to move it and burned my finger! I wish theytold me it was hot. Note 2. If you're on a budget, this isn't the place for you. Online menus haven't been updated since before COVID and the reasonably... priced lunch specials are no longer available. I was so disappointed because both the Crispy Chicken BLT and Prime Burgerlooked so good. Read more
The food was delicious, and the service was great! The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to park in... metered parking, which only allowed us to park for an hour and a half and the car was several blocks away. The process ofgetting our check and paying took longer than I'm used to, and we were running late getting back to the car. If you plan oncoming here and you use metered parking, try to park in an area that has a zone number you can use on the Park Mobile app so youcan add time remotely to the meter. Amazing steak and lobster Mac and cheese. Every bite had a big chunk of delicious lobster. I had the Cajun rib eye which is... marinaded in great spices, honestly the best steak u have had in a long time. The bread pudding wasn't the best but the key limewas really good. Read more
Very average dining experience. Food was okay. Ambiance was good. Service was good. Nothing spectacular, but good. Parking... wasn't easy to find, but we finally realized that there was a parking lot across the street. Also it's on the second floor ofthe business building, not very visible from the outside.
